About my practice

Shain Hope Consultancy
by Joanne Reilly-Lynch, Senior Speech and Language Therapist.

I bring 25 years of clinical skill and knowledge. I draw on an abundance of certified training and evidence based practice that’s grounded in common sense. I work with children and adults, from pre-schoolers, through to end of life care.

How I help you
I foster self empowerment and facilitate quality therapy at your personal pace and comfort. We begin by discussing and identifying your concerns and hopes. Together we work on an effective resolution.  Fun and creativity is used to drive motivation and progress. I offer consultation services with professional, educational or affiliated bodies to further strengthen your potential. Group therapy and organisational needs can be tailored upon request.

I have acquired special interest and skills in the areas below, although my clinical competencies extend to all areas treated.
1. Early language intervention, including speech within a developmental progressive framework.
2. Stammering Therapy with parents, preschoolers, teenagers and adults, in a holistic and stammering affirming approach.
3. Voice Disorders in everyday use and for the professional voice user, using a whole body and intuitive approach.
4. Acquired Neurological conditions like Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia, towards better understanding, support and enablement.

I work from home within a flexible space in Mullingar.

Availability: Wednesday evenings, Thursday daytime with some limited availability outside of these timeframes.

Qualification: BSc Hons Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
