About my practice

Lily O’Neill (she/her) is a senior speech and language therapist with 10 years of experience.

She graduated a post graduate diploma in 2014 with distinction. She has worked for NHS England, the HSE, and voluntary sector organisations in primary care, special school, and CDNT. In 2025 she founded her practice, Beanstalk Speech and Language Therapy. Beanstalk is a small independent practice based at 103 Richmond Rd, Drumcondra.

A mother of two young children, she cares deeply about family-centred practice. An area of much personal and professional development recently has been neurodiversity affirmative practice.

She is experienced in working with children with a wide range of speech and language differences, from speech sound disorders to AAC users.

We are able to offer joint SLT and OT therapy sessions depending on availability.
